Winds Across the Atlantic. To paraphrase Winston Churchill, America and England are musical allies separated by a common musical language! This divergence of style is highlighted in this program of English and American composers of the 20th century. Mostly light-hearted, but not always, composers include Peter Schickele, Alvin Etler, Gordon Jacob, and others. With violist as guest artist.
